Plastic or fabric bags aren't particularly friendly towards hanging. But, using this simple method, any bag can be hanged AND labelled very quickly.
This also works for hanging bags in an "open" position - with some or all of the opening accessible, ready to receive or provide contents without untying - incredibly useful, for .e.g. depositing same recycling contents or whatever loose items being sorted.
